The Bubbs and the Motorcycle

Jason is looking to get back into dirt bikes, so we went to a motorcycle shop this weekend. Well, Rayne has decided she, too, wants a motorcycle, and the pretty red one was just the right fit. She even picked out a helmet, and was serious about wanting to take it home NOW.

The only problem now is that Rayne HATES loud noises...and I don't think she gets how loud these things really are.

Pumpkin Hunt!

Rayne's class at school got to have a fun Pumpkin Hunt last week. We walked along a woody trail, and each of the kids got to find a Pumpkin. Then we went to the track and had an apple for a snack, then we played on the track until it was time to head back to class. What a fun morning!

Last week at Rayne's school, the kiddos got to shuck and eat freshly harvested corn from one of their teacher's farms.

Fun at school

Last week at school, the kids got to play with some fun pop-up tents and tunnels.

And of course, always the clown, Rayne found some fun new uses for connector toys.

Spring Planting

We planted seeds at home over the last couple of weeks - peas, beans, cucumbers, and zuchini. Rayne also got to plant seeds at school in their classroom garden and decorate milk cartons to plant grass seeds.
